Hardware design (electronics)

We have large experience in various microprocessor based systems and power electronics applications for consumer, industrial and telecom applications.

PCB design based on Protel, OrCAD

Fully equipped EMC/EMI laboratory allows us to validate our designs to ensure conformity with relevant regulations.

Software development

Fideltronik software engineers have experience in embedded software development and various microprocessors based systems as well.

Experience with: Motorola / Freescale, ST Microelectronics, Siemens, Atmel, Microchip etc.

Hardware design (mechanics)

We have experience in mechanical design of telecom, lighting and industrial applications. Designs created with AutoDesk Inventor allow us to visualize and review the products before physical build of a prototype. This helps to minimize number of prototypes and therefore minimizes time to market.

Project Management

We follow NPI (New Product Introduction) procedures. For each project we assign a Project Manager (PM) and the entire project is divided into a stages (milestones - MS):

business analysis (MS1)

pre-production (MS3)

Reliability analysis service

Fideltronik is able to provide MTBF/MTTR analyses based of BOM for projects based on outsourced services. Prices based on case, delivery time 2-6 weeks depends on case. Row cost – from 700 EUR. Set of sub-suppliers (3 companies) for different case studies.

Patent's violation review

Fideltronik is able to provide patent violation review report for projects, based on existing project documentation – circuit diagram, BOM, etc. Prices based on case. Raw cost from 3000 EUR, delivery time – weeks (2-8). Set of sub-suppliers (3 companies) for different case studies.

Rapid prototyping service

Fideltronik is able to provide fast prototyping services for our customers (including component procurement).
